The Pentagon Oval at the top left of this and other Defense News web pages is a representation of the large Pentagon Oval behind the podium in the Department of Defense Briefing Studio, in Room 2E781 of the Pentagon. The Pentagon Oval is often seen in the background of DoD news briefings and on television news reports.
