The 2001 Commander In Chief's Award for Installation Excellence will be presented during a ceremony in the Pentagon Center Courtyard Friday, May 4, at 3:15 p.m., EDT. The five winners of this highly competitive award were announced March 23, 2001, in a Department of Defense press release. David R. Oliver, acting under secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics, will make the presentations.
