Qassam Brigades military communiqué

Our Mujahid Palestinian people … our Arab and Muslim Ummah:

At a time when the whole world was conspiring against our cause and our people, the Qassam Mujahideen insist on remaining at the forefront defending the Ummah’s honor and dignity. They convert their houses into factories to manufacture explosives employing their weak potentials in the process so that history would not register one day that our Palestinian people had accepted bargaining over their lands and dignity. Our young men, the flowers of Palestine, prepare explosives with whatever they possess of modest potentials to blast the enemy’s armored equipment. They prepare those explosives in their homes and store their devices under their beds hoping that the Ummah would one day rid itself from the present dormant status.

In the afternoon of Thursday 25^th Sha’ban 1423H – 31/10/2002AD the souls of the three Qassam Brigades’ martyrs elevated to their Creator from the Zaitun suburb in Gaza while indulging in their Jihad role. The martyrs are:

 Martyr Mujahid / Samir Diyab Abbas, 35

Martyr Mujahid / Mohammed Fahmi Al-Dahdoh, 26

Martyr Mujahid / Ahmed Talal Al-Dahshan, 24

 The Qassam Brigades, while celebrating the martyrdom of those youth, complain to Almighty Allah the slackness and oppression of our (Arab and Muslim) relatives who were unable to supply us with bullets or few kilograms of explosives to resist an enemy that usurped our lands, displaced our people, desecrated our shrines and turned our children into orphans and wives into widows.

We affirm, however, that we will proceed along the difficult road converting our children’s bedrooms and the remains of our shacks into factories to fight enemies of Allah and the Ummah "For us Allah sufficeth,” and He is our Lord.

 And it is a Jihad until either victory or martyrdom
