First reprisal and others to follow God willing

Our Mujahid Palestinian people … our Arab and Muslim Ummah:

Here we surface again from the ruins and debris to plant terror in hearts of Zionists. Here they are sons of the Sheikh of all martyrs the general commander Abu Mustafa teach Sharon and Ben Eliazer the lesson that they only understand. The Qassam Brigades declare with the grace and strength of Allah full responsibility over the blast in cafeteria of the Hebrew University’s Law Faculty established on our usurped capital afternoon today Wednesday 21^st Jumada Awal 1423H – 31/7/2002AD and affirm the following:

First: The University operation today is the first reprisal act in the series of Qassam destructive retaliatory strikes to the Gaza massacre and liquidation of general commander Sheikh Salah Shehada.

Second: The Qassam Brigades have decided that avenging the assassination of any leader of our Jihad Movement the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, or any commander of our Brigades the Qassam Brigades would be: killing 100 Zionist usurpers at least Insha’allah.

Third: The Qassam Brigades affirm to all its cells continuation of the state of alert and general mobilization and let our slogan always be “It is a Jihad Jihad until either victory or martyrdom”.

Fourth: Terrorist statements by the American administration, topped by criminal Bush, that backed the Zionist enemy would not terrorize people loving and yearning for martyrdom and not caring less about those who describe our legitimate resistance as terrorism.

And it is a Jihad until either victory or martyrdom
