Qassam Brigades military communiqué

Our Mujahid Palestinian people … our Arab and Muslim Ummah:

The Qassam Brigades declare responsibility for the armed attack against a vehicle for Zionist usurpers yesterday Thursday 19^th Rajab 1423H – 26/9/2002AD that was passing to the east of Hebron city. The Zionists admitted the injury of four usurpers in this attack.

The Qassam Brigades declare responsibility for this operation and affirm that it fell in line with the retaliatory strikes to occupation crimes the latest of which was the massacre in Sheikh Radwan suburb in Gaza.

And it is a Jihad until either victory or martyrdom
