On martyrdom of a field commander in Nablus city

Hope rises from bleeding wounds … from the blood of martyrs we register feats of sacrifice, heroism and victory … resistance glows and persists thanks to the martyrs’ pure spirits that move from one generation to another until our banners are hoisted up high over our beloved Aqsa and precious homeland.

From the land of resistance and martyrs from Nablus “Jabal Annar” (mountain of fire) and with hearts believing in the fate of Allah we bear the glad tidings on the martyrdom of a new cavalier from the Qassam Brigades the martyr commander hero: 

Ibrahim Taleb Abu Hawwash (Abu Khalil), the commander of tough missions in the Qassam Brigades – Nablus district

Zionist Special Forces assassinated Abu Khalil at dawn Wednesday 25/12/2002 in cold-blood after he was captured alive and subjected to field interrogation after firing at his left thigh. He was tortured then left to bleed to death in one of the houses in Ras Al-Ein area in Nablus.

We in the Qassam Brigades would like to affirm the following:

First: We affirm the savage Zionist crime against our Mujahid martyr who was captured alive and intentionally wounded to suffer from torture and interrogation until he breathed his last.

Second: This monstrous Zionist crime will not pass unpunished and we swear by Allah that our revenge will be very painful.

Third: We vow before that martyr and all martyrs of our people to continue the march which they paved with their pure blood and to remain in the resistance trench until ejection of the last Zionist out of the land of Palestine.

 And it is a Jihad until either victory or martyrdom
