them some have completed their vow (to the extreme), and some (still)
wait: but they have never changed (their determination) in the least”

and Muslim Ummah:
The Qassam Brigades bear the glad tidings on the martyrdom of:
Basel Ibrahim Abdullah Naji, 20, from Jabaliya
refugee camp.
He attacked a group of Zionist enemy engineers then stormed the so-called Doget settlement along with a group of his colleagues. He was martyred at 11 am occupied Al-Quds time on Sunday 2nd Jumada Thani 1423H – 11/8/2002AD.
One of the Qassam cells ambushed a group of
Zionist survey engineers who were establishing defensive security fences
at the Doget settlement that is established on our occupied lands north of
the Gaza Strip. The attack continued from seven am to eleven am after
which one of our Mujahideen was martyred: the hero Basel Naji, while the
remaining members of the cell returned safely to base.

The Qassam Brigades while bearing the glad
tidings on a new cavalier of its knights vow before Allah then before you
to remain loyal to blood of martyrs and to retain the banner of Jihad up
high until liberation of the Aqsa from the Zionist usurpers’ dirt.
“… And say when will it be? Say: It
will perhaps be soon”
And it is a Jihad until either victory or martyrdom
