PA’s endorsement of deportation records new serious precedence

The Palestinian Authority’s grave precedence of approving American and Zionist conditions to deliver strugglers of the Popular Front to American and British jailers and guards was followed by another serious act. The PA’s new precedence was represented in concluding a suspicious deal with the occupation authorities stipulating the banishment of 13 Palestinians, who were among those besieged in the Church of Nativity, to European countries. This meant that the PA had endorsed the Zionist occupation authority’s policy of deportation. The PA thus directed a devastating blow to the Palestinian people’s accomplishments, who remained more than fifty years refusing and resisting the deportation policy insisting on remaining on their homeland. The biggest achievement in this regard was the position of the deportees in Marj A-Zuhour from the Hamas and Islamic Jihad Movements in 1992 who refused deportation and remained steadfast insisting on their right of return. They finally managed to return with the grace of Allah against the will of the occupation. They also succeeded in forcing the Zionist entity ever since their return in 1993 not to carry out the policy of deportation until this day when the new deportation crime took place.

The Hamas Movement condemns this suspicious deal signed by the PA under the pretext of ending the suffering of those besieged. All our Mujahid people’s factions including those participating in the Authority rejected the PA step. Such wide rejection pointed out that our people with all its layers and factions would not accept humiliating conditions that bypassed national doctrines and that humiliated their Jihad and struggle. Suffering and patience are a must for people who struggle for attaining freedom, dignity and independence in addition to restoring usurped lands.

We in the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, invite all our people and Ummah’s forces to denounce arrangements concluded by the PA, which apparently is preparing new deals at the expense of our cause and our people’s interests in a way wiping out all accomplishments achieved through our people’s blood and sacrifices.

“So lose not heart, nor fall into despair: for ye must gain mastery if ye are true in Faith.”

And it is a Jihad until either victory or martyrdom
