Zionist officer slain and others wounded in armed clash with Qassam Brigades

Our Mujahid Palestinian people … our Arab and Islamic Ummah:

Palestinians continue to shed blood and to maintain historical steadfastness affirming insistence on Jihad and resistance. At 3 am before dawn Friday 20^th Safar 1423H – 3/5/2002AD Zionist enemy forces entered the West Bank city of Nablus (also known as mountain of fire) accompanied with scores of military vehicles: tanks and armored vehicles. They besieged one of the apartments in which a number of Qassam Brigades’ members (wanted by the enemy) were present. Violent clashes took place between two unbalanced forces from 3 am to 7.30 am leading to the slaying of a Zionist officer and the wounding of several nazi soldiers. One of the Qassam Brigades was martyred in the clash:

The Zionist enemy was chasing Hudairi for a long time. The martyr covered up for the withdrawal of his brothers the Mujahideen who managed to evacuate the scene despite the presence of scores of armored vehicles and helicopters. The martyr displayed topmost forms of heroism and sacrifice. He also telephoned his family around 6 am and told them of his expected martyrdom. It is worth mentioning that the martyr is the only son left to his parents after his brother Amer was assassinated a few months ago by a Zionist American-made Apache helicopter.

The Qassam Brigades bears the glad tidings of the martyrdom of Hudairi and affirms the following:

-Continuation of Jihad and resistance and rejection of capitulation preferring martyrdom to falling captives in the enemy’s dirty hands.

-We urge our Palestinian Mujahid people to retain the state of alert and awareness so as not to be surprised by the Zionist enemy and not to listen to traitors, who collaborate with the Jews, in their calls for relaxation.

-National cohesion is a must in face of the Zionists. Statements calling for dissention should be ignored.

And it is a Jihad until either victory or martyrdom
