Military communiqué by the Qassam Brigades

 “Among the Believers are men who have been true to their Covenant with Allah: of them some have completed their vow (to the extreme), and some (still) wait: but they have never changed (their determination) in the least.”

Resistance is our option and death for the cause of Allah is our noblest hope

 Our Mujahid people … Our Arab and Muslim Ummah:

Convoys are proceeding along the road of martyrs affirming to the whole world that we are a people of Jihad and martyrdom. Our convoys progressed along the road of Banna, Qutub, Azzam and Qassam and on the same road the Qassam Brigades bears the glad tidings on the martyrdom of:

The martyr commander Eng. Muhanad Al-Taher

And the martyr hero Emad Darwaza

who martyred on Sunday evening 18^th Rabee Thani 1423H – 30/6/2002AD after a heroic battle that crystallized the spirit of challenge and resistance against the vicious occupier. The Mujahideen refused to give themselves in to Zionist arrogant forces and insisted on proceeding along the road of Jihad until the last breath to win martyrdom.

The Qassam Brigades affirm continuation  of the march of Jihad and resistance and declare the following:

-The death of martyrs revitalizes the Qassam Brigades. The martyrdom of Qassam members or commanders only meant more columns of willing martyrdom commandos who are yearning to meet their Creator.

-The Zionist so-called “Defensive Shield” will not deter our Mujahideen who will reach the Zionist depth with the grace of Allah whenever they want with the efforts of loyal Palestinians and even Zionist opportunists.

-The Qassam Brigades had taught our Mujahideen’s expertise to thousands of loyalists and living martyrs among our people so that the march of resistance and Jihad would continue until ejection of the invaders.

-The storming of our cities, villages and refugee camps would not bring security to the Zionists but rather would entail more explosions and destruction on them. Leaving our land or dying in it would be the only option before them Insha’allah.

And it is a Jihad until either victory or martyrdom
